El Arbol del Tule was a seedling around the time of Julius Caesar. It is in a small town east of Oaxaca. It is the largest tree, by circumference, known to exist.

It is humbling to stand under and look at it. It is old. It is so old that it has to be wise. I cannot comprehend what this tree remembers, or what it has forgotten.
I stroked a branch, and tingled all over.
